We’re Kirti and Birju – two mates from way back. We are also extremely proud (and occasionally exhausted) dads to our respective little ones.
And we’re delighted to launch Hapea Food!
Hapea Food is a resource for parents, dedicated to, you guessed it, food!
More specifically, the impact it has on the well-being of our children and the planet.
You see, food is the single biggest lever we can pull as individuals for better outcomes for our little ones and their environment. But more on that later on.
We’ll be exploring themes from cultivating healthy eating habits in children to eating better for the planet, from permaculture to food waste plus everything in-between.
We’ll be starting by creating some great content for you lovely parents through our newsletter, blog and social media channels where you can also keep up to date with our mission.
